Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Sam Bassan and I’m the owner of Innovative Mortgage Group located in Arvada, Colorado. I entered the real estate industry in 2000. Then, began as an Abstractor for a title insurance company in Jacksonville, Florida. From there I became a Title Examiner and entered the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer in 2003. I opened Innovative Mortgage Group in July 2015 shortly after my wife and I relocated to Colorado for her job.
